She has experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disability, mental health complexities, trauma backgrounds, and behaviours of concern across a range of settings including family homes, schools, supported accommodation, respite, and community environments. Kelsey is skilled in completing Functional Behaviour Assessments, developing Behaviour Support Plans, training support teams, and creating responsive strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to each individual.
