Carleen is an Occupational Therapist with a background in kinesiology and clinical Pilates, focused on supporting people to improve independence, confidence, and quality of life through practical strategies and movement-based rehabilitation. Her approach centres on understanding each person’s goals and working collaboratively to create meaningful and sustainable change in everyday life. Carleen has experience supporting adults across a range of settings, including NDIS and community-based services. Her work includes functional capacity assessments, daily living skill development, environmental modification recommendations, and strategies to support executive functioning, routine building, and participation in home, community, and recreational activities.
With a background as a competitive swimmer and Pilates instructor, she also brings a strong interest in movement, injury management, and long-term health, supporting clients to develop strength, confidence, and independence so they can participate more fully in activities that matter most to them.
