Craig has over 8 years’ experience in social care, casework, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) in Ireland. He has worked with adults with ASD and acquired brain injuries, as well as across support coordination and PBS within the NDIS system across a wide range of diagnoses.
He holds a Bachelor (Honours) Degree in Applied Social Studies and a Master of Science in Psychology. Craig enjoys working within highly motivated teams that are focused on participant outcomes and success. He is passionate about listening to people’s experiences and identifying opportunities to improve quality of life and support outcomes.
Craig brings strong adaptability, communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex conversations and team dynamics. He has experience across a wide range of participant presentations and particularly enjoys working with children.
Craig is driven by strong team collaboration and shared understanding of how best to support participants, guided by their goals and what quality of life means to them. He is passionate about ensuring PBS remains genuinely person-centred, having observed the impact when it is not implemented effectively.
Craig’s strengths include managing complex dynamics, leading training and meetings, ensuring inclusive practice where all voices are heard, maintaining professional boundaries, report writing, and identifying functional components of diagnosis. He also advocates for appropriate funding and accurately communicating participant needs and challenges.
Craig’s key areas of experience include ASD and ABI, as well as working with children and complex presentations.
