Janice Glass is a senior Finance and Payroll professional with over 11 years’ experience across building and construction, allied health, medical billing, hospitality, and third-party government agencies. Originally from the Philippines and now based in Brisbane, she brings a strong multicultural perspective and an adaptive approach to finance, payroll, and organisational support.

She has deep expertise in end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, reconciliations, and month-end reporting. Janice is highly skilled in multi-entity payroll operations, award interpretation, and legislative compliance across SCHADS, Allied Health, Building and Construction Industry Awards (BIGA), Clerks, and multiple EBAs. She is proficient in SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Employment Hero, Business Central 365, Xero, NetSuite, Pronto, Skedulo, Nookal, Halaxy, BP, and Simpro.
