Nicole Morgan is a Brisbane-based Business Development and Community Engagement professional with over 20 years’ experience across sales, strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
She brings more than a decade of experience in the Disability and Aged Care sectors, alongside nine years in tenancy law, giving her a well-rounded and practical understanding of both compliance and growth. Nicole has held senior roles across community and corporate environments, where she has led initiatives to strengthen referral pathways, improve client experience, and drive sustainable, values-led growth.
Nicole is also the Founder of Square One Workshops, delivering Business Development training and strategy to organisations across the NDIS, Aged Care, and private sectors. She is known for her authentic approach, strong relationship-building skills, and passion for helping organisations grow without compromising quality of care.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys the beach, jet skiing, and playing guitar.
