Meet Sara

Sara is passionate about supporting individuals, families, and healthcare professionals through meaningful, person-centred care and community engagement. With a background across healthcare, aged care, and community support, she brings a compassionate and relationship-focused approach to every interaction.

Originally completing her Psychology degree at Paris Descartes University, Sara gained early experience within hospital environments, including addiction services, urology, and neurogenetics. After relocating to Sydney, she transitioned into the community care sector where she developed extensive experience supporting participants, families, and providers across aged care and disability services.

Sara also holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Health, further strengthening her understanding of healthcare systems, stakeholder engagement, and service development.

Throughout her career, Sara has worked closely with participants and families from diverse cultural and clinical backgrounds, helping them navigate complex systems with confidence and clarity. She has experience in community engagement, client onboarding, referral pathway development, stakeholder relationship management, and healthcare education initiatives.

Known for her empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills, Sara is passionate about making healthcare and aged care systems feel more accessible, supportive, and empowering for the people using them.
