We are pleased to announce that Steven Pikin has joined SIrv as our new Executive General Manager.

Steven brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across the disability, employment, and community sectors. He has a strong record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams, delivering services in complex, regulated environments, and aligning operational strategy with organisational goals.

In his most recent role, Steven oversaw national operations spanning multiple states, with services reaching diverse communities. His leadership consistently enhanced service quality, improved operational efficiency, and fostered sustainable growth, leaving a lasting impact on the organisation.

Throughout his career, Steven has successfully implemented large-scale programs, strengthened community and stakeholder partnerships, delivered on financial sustainability, and cultivated high- erforming leadership teams. His approach is collaborative, people-focused, and grounded in a commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes for the communities he serves.

Outside of work, Steven holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, enjoys Pilates and Box Fit, and values time with family and down at the beach. He is also a keen traveller, passionate about exploring new cultures and cuisines, and enjoys bringing those experiences into the kitchen.
