She has led large‑scale payroll and HRIS initiatives, managed end‑to‑end payroll operations for complex workforces, and worked closely with senior leaders to deliver practical, high‑quality payroll and HR solutions.

Tracey has extensive experience working with the SCHADS Award, supporting organisations with accurate interpretation, compliance, and effective payroll governance in complex operational environments. Her strong technical knowledge, combined with deep HR systems expertise, enables her to design streamlined, reliable processes that reduce risk and enhance employee confidence.
