Sirv has developed an entirely new support services delivery model that sees the best industry managers run their own operations that deliver superior Participant support services and outcomes. Sirv is part of a large group with a large, established team, resources, and financial backing. We are looking for 1 exceptional Partner to come on board in the Gold Coast region.

The Model

Sirv is a model designed to empower experienced industry managers who are passionate about providing great participant outcomes. Our Model allows suitably qualified Managers to join as Operations Partners and earn 30% of the business unit’s bottom line. Yes, we are giving you the opportunity to be directly financially rewarded for the amazing work you do.

We support you with the systems, tools, processes, licenses, and resources to build and run your own Sirv business unit. The Sirv Corporate Team does all the back office, compliance, payroll, invoicing, accounting, advertising, and marketing. We support you to run your business unit operationally with full autonomy.

Your Role

If you are the right candidate, your role will be the same as your current role + with full autonomy to grow and manage an amazing NDIS support business that delivers unparalleled service and support. You can be based anywhere in Brisbane and work from home until you grow enough to get your own office where you choose. You have a desk at our Corporate office in Milton, Brisbane for any training days but are not required to come to Brisbane for work.

To be successful as an Operations Partner, you will require the following experience:

  1. Business Development experience in NDIS or community health: Ability to network with Support Coordinators and Participants to secure your service offering to bring them on as your clients.
  2. Recruitment - Recruit and build your support team that meets your Participant needs and requirements.
  3. Rostering – Manage your client support needs and staff to ensure you maintain the highest level of support.
  4. Grow – Grow your business so you need internal operational staff to assist in managing and scaling your business.
  5. Serve – “Sirv” your Participant and Support Staff with empathy and passion.
  6. Laugh – love, laugh, and support your fellow Sirv team to help everyone be the very best they can be.

  1. $100,000 base salary + superannuation.
  2. 30% profit share bonuses based on your business unit’s bottom line paid quarterly and annually.

  • Built, grew, and managed an NDIS support business.
