Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support Specialist to join our team in the Health & Safety industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support via phone, email or chat to clients regarding product features or issues.

- Troubleshoot customer problems quickly and effectively.

- Identify opportunities for improvement in client satisfaction levels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering etc., on issue resolution.

- Develop expertise in our products through self-study, training programs etc.

Qualifications:

-The ideal candidate should possess:

-A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required;

-A minimum of 2 years' experience working within an IT support environment;

-Demonstrated ability troubleshooting software/hardware-related problems;

-Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components such as networking protocols/technologies.
