Casual Support Workers – On-Call Shifts Available

We’re currently seeking reliable, compassionate, and proactive Casual Support Workers to join our casual pool for shift cover across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in the Mandurah to Rockingham area.

Minimum Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum 3 years experience working with complex behaviours
• Experience working with stakeholders and implementing behaviour support strategies.

About you:

• Enthusiastic, caring and reliable
• Available at short notice for on-call shifts
• Previous experience in disability support or health care desirable
• Strong behaviour support management skills
