Here's What You'll Be Doing:

As a Disability Support Specialist at Sirv, you'll play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to our Participants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our Participants, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
• Assisting with personal care tasks and mobility support according to individual care plans.
• Building meaningful relationships with our Participants and their families.
• Collaborating with your colleagues to create a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
• Demonstrating excellent time management skills and attention to detail in your work.
• Ensuring accurate documentation of health care activities as required.

What We Require from You:

• An NDIS Worker Screening Check and other relevant certifications.
