Hello, I’m Emma King, Managing Partner for Sirv Townsville, dedicated to supporting individuals across North Queensland to live empowered, independent, and meaningful lives through quality NDIS services. With more than a decade of experience in the disability and community sectors, I’ve worked in a variety of frontline, operational and senior leadership roles. My background has given me an in-depth understanding of person-centred services, a strong sense of empathy and the importance of building trusted relationships with participants, families and the wider community.
At Sirv Townsville, we are driven by the belief that quality care begins with trust, reliability, and genuine connection. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, consistent, and compassionate supports that empower individuals to live confidently, independently, and with purpose - whether at home, in the community, or through our supported living options. I’m passionate about creating a service where every participant feels seen, heard, and supported to live life on their own terms - a service built on North Queensland values of resilience, respect, and care that goes beyond the basics.
We understand that every person’s journey is unique. That’s why we take a person-centred approach, working closely with participants, families, and support networks to design services that truly reflect individual goals, strengths, and lifestyle preferences.
We are proud to bring regional experience and local insight to every support we deliver, ensuring participants in rural and remote areas have access to the same quality of service as those in larger cities.
We don’t just provide services - we build lasting partnerships. Our mission is simple: to deliver care that goes beyond the basics, creating meaningful outcomes that support inclusion, independence, and well-being across every stage of life.
We deliver a broad range of NDIS supports with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and regional accessibility. Our expertise covers all areas of Core Supports, including Personal Care, Community Access, and Respite (STA/STR), as well as Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Individualised Living Options (ILO).
We specialise in supporting participants with complex needs, high physical support and psychosocial disabilities, ensuring every service is delivered safely, compassionately, and with a strong focus on outcomes.
Our operational approach is grounded in strong governance and local understanding. We combine compliance excellence with hands-on service delivery to meet the unique needs of participants across Townsville and surrounding North Queensland communities.
Our passion lies in making a genuine difference in people’s lives. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to live with confidence, purpose, and connection and we’re proud to walk alongside our participants as they achieve their goals and build the life they choose.
We are inspired by the strength and resilience of our North Queensland community. This drives us to deliver supports that are not only reliable and high-quality, but deeply personal and meaningful. Whether it’s helping someone gain independence at home, reconnect with their community, or explore new possibilities, our focus is always on creating lasting, positive outcomes.
Our commitment goes beyond providing supports - it’s about building relationships, earning trust, and empowering choice.
Our team brings extensive experience across SIL services, Core Supports, and Disability Accommodation, ensuring participants receive consistent, quality care that promotes independence and stability.
We are skilled in coordinating and delivering supports for participants with complex physical and psychosocial needs, providing structure, flexibility, and continuity of care across both home and community environments.
We ensure every participant has access to the right supports, the right team, and the opportunity to live a safe, meaningful, and independent life.

“Grace speaks very highly of her support worker Sam and is really enjoying her supports with Sirv, due to the great match the managing partner, Samantha Lovett, has provided. Grace said she thinks that the supports are going well because Samantha took the time to match her with a support worker that would work well with her. Please thank Sam for doing an amazing job and having a positive impact in our participant’s life!”
“Bron brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Managing Partner with Sirv. Her passion to assist NDIS participants to live a full and meaningful life is clearly demonstrated by her dedication and quick-to-solutions attitude. Aided by her years of experience, Bron demonstrates person-centered practices and a holistic approach to NDIS supports and services. As a local Support Coordinator, I have the upmost confidence in referring the people I support to providers like Sirv.”
“Sirv is the best service provider I have encountered. Others tried but gave up. Many thanks to your team of workers for making a big difference!”
“I wanted to provide some positive feedback on the Sirv support staff at the residence at Towradgi (…). All of the staff are friendly and professional whenever I attend the house.”
“Matt (Sirv staff) engages with Trev (participant) in a friendly and kind manner and has taken the time to get to know Trevor's interests. He connects with him on his level, never condescending or frustrated by communication challenges. Matt went above and beyond by customising Trev’s iPad communication app, a task typically handled by a speech therapist, to help him connect more easily with house staff.”
“Yasmyn's communications with Trev along with her openness and kindness make her an excellent support for Trevor. Her genuine concern for Trev after he received the news from myself that his only sibling (his brother) had passed away overseas was reassuring for me to see. She knows Trevor well and treats him with dignity and respect.”
“Since working with Sal, our daughter has not only reduced her meltdowns but is now making eye contact and using words to express frustration. It’s changed our family dynamic.”
“The connection-first model gave me tools to build trust with my students. Our class culture has shifted dramatically.”
“Bettina is fantastic – thank you so much... Hunter honestly had the best day yesterday, I feel like crying as it’s been very challenging in finding the right fit for him!”
