Hello, I’m Heather. For over 25 years, I’ve worked alongside people with disability, advocating for their rights, amplifying their voices, and helping shape services that put their goals first.
My career began in direct support work, where I saw firsthand the barriers people face—and the power of meaningful, person-led support. Since then, I’ve held senior leadership roles across the disability sector, including CEO and General Manager positions in organisations supporting complex, high-needs participants across Queensland, New South Wales, and Western Australia.
I’m committed to building systems and cultures where people with disability are not just supported but genuinely included, consulted, and valued.
My mission is simple: to help build a future where people with disability have access to services that reflect their strengths, choices, and potential. It’s been my life’s work, and it continues to drive everything I do.
Throughout my journey, my focus has remained clear: create services that empower people with disability to live the lives they choose. I bring over 25 years of experience across the disability, community, and human services sectors, with a career that has progressed from frontline support roles to executive leadership. My work spans a wide range of service areas, including forensic disability support, accommodation and tenancy services, child protection, out-of-home care (OOHC), and both acute and community-based psychosocial support.
A major focus of my career has been delivering high-quality home and living supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). I have led the design and management of services such as Supported Independent Living (SIL), Independent Living Options (ILO), and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) - always with a focus on individualised, person-led outcomes.
My leadership experience extends across local and state government, as well as the non-profit and private sectors. I’ve successfully overseen national operations, led multi-site service delivery, and built strong organisational cultures grounded in accountability, inclusion, and care.
I’m passionate about using this experience to improve systems, empower people with disability, and create services that are responsive, sustainable, and truly aligned with participants' goals. Every role I’ve taken on has been driven by a commitment to quality, equity, and making a real difference in people’s lives.
I am deeply passionate about empowering people with disability to live with dignity, independence, and genuine choice. Throughout my 25+ year career—from frontline support to executive leadership—I’ve remained committed to creating services that are person-centred, culturally safe, and driven by the goals of the individual. Whether building Supported Independent Living programs, leading organisational reform, or mentoring frontline teams, my purpose has always been the same: to deliver meaningful outcomes and help people feel seen, heard, and supported in every aspect of their lives.
I bring an innovative mindset to every challenge, constantly looking for new and better ways to support people and improve systems. Whether designing tailored service models, streamlining operational processes, or building strategic partnerships, I’m driven by the belief that positive change happens when we think differently, act with purpose, and keep people at the centre of everything we do.
We bring extensive experience across disability and mental health services, with a strong focus on practical, outcome-driven support. Our team understands the complexities of the NDIS and is skilled in coordinating plans, managing accommodation services, and delivering tailored supports that align with individual goals and needs.
We have deep knowledge in providing Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and other home and living options. Our experience is backed by genuine partnerships with health professionals, community organisations, and trusted providers—allowing us to connect individuals with the right services at the right time.
Our team is our greatest strength. With broad frontline and leadership experience, they work alongside individuals and families to design flexible, responsive support that promotes independence and choice. Every team member is committed to delivering high standards of care, while always maintaining a focus on dignity, safety, and long-term wellbeing.
Through person-centred planning and local partnerships, we help people take control of their supports, build meaningful connections, and live the lives they choose.

“Grace speaks very highly of her support worker Sam and is really enjoying her supports with Sirv, due to the great match the managing partner, Samantha Lovett, has provided. Grace said she thinks that the supports are going well because Samantha took the time to match her with a support worker that would work well with her. Please thank Sam for doing an amazing job and having a positive impact in our participant’s life!”
“Bron brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Managing Partner with Sirv. Her passion to assist NDIS participants to live a full and meaningful life is clearly demonstrated by her dedication and quick-to-solutions attitude. Aided by her years of experience, Bron demonstrates person-centered practices and a holistic approach to NDIS supports and services. As a local Support Coordinator, I have the upmost confidence in referring the people I support to providers like Sirv.”
“Sirv is the best service provider I have encountered. Others tried but gave up. Many thanks to your team of workers for making a big difference!”
“The people at Sirv are a dedicated group of entrepreneurial leaders. The culture is innovative and collaborative and encourages everyone to advance both professionally and personally. Sirv has built a team of leaders, marketers, and business builders where agility and communication are highly regarded. There is a healthy dose within the team of both optimism and excitement for the opportunity to be part of building a new NDIS model with partners that are passionate about creating the best possible service for participants and their careers.”
“I wanted to provide some positive feedback on the Sirv support staff at the residence at Towradgi (…). All of the staff are friendly and professional whenever I attend the house.”
“Matt (Sirv staff) engages with Trev (participant) in a friendly and kind manner and has taken the time to get to know Trevor's interests. He connects with him on his level, never condescending or frustrated by communication challenges. Matt went above and beyond by customising Trev’s iPad communication app, a task typically handled by a speech therapist, to help him connect more easily with house staff.”
“Yasmyn's communications with Trev along with her openness and kindness make her an excellent support for Trevor. Her genuine concern for Trev after he received the news from myself that his only sibling (his brother) had passed away overseas was reassuring for me to see. She knows Trevor well and treats him with dignity and respect.”
