Hello, I’m Jaidon Ortis – a passionate advocate for person-centred, rights-based support within the NDIS. Over the past decade, I’ve built my career from the ground up, beginning as a Support Worker and progressing through clinical, operational, and executive leadership roles. Most recently, I served as CEO of a leading disability services organisation, where I oversaw 19 service locations and more than 200 staff. This hands-on journey has given me a deep, practical understanding of the NDIS and the systemic change required to deliver truly impactful supports.
Throughout my career, I’ve specialised in Positive Behaviour Support and have played a key role in embedding ethical, evidence-based practices across complex service environments. My work has included leading functional behaviour assessments, reducing restrictive practices, and mentoring future practitioners. I’ve also developed and delivered workforce development programs, improved compliance systems, and introduced technology-driven tools to enhance transparency and participant outcomes. Every step has been guided by the core principles of inclusion, dignity, and sustainable quality of life.
The NDIS is evolving—and I’ve seen firsthand the difference it makes when services are led by people who genuinely understand its challenges and opportunities. I’m proud to bring this lived and learned experience into our new venture, where our mission is to build a provider that raises the bar. With a strong foundation in clinical practice, human rights, and strategic leadership, I’m committed to creating services that are not only compliant but transformative.
Complex Case Management
We work with participants who have complex needs, including multiple diagnoses or high-risk behaviours. Our team takes a coordinated, person-centred approach that prioritises safety, consistency, and long-term outcomes.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
We provide high-quality SIL supports that help participants live as independently as possible. From daily routines to staff coordination, our focus is on creating stable, empowering home environments.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Implementation
Our team is highly experienced in implementing evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support. We work closely with practitioners to achieve client goals and outcomes through clinical direction.
Community-Based Supports
We support people to live connected, meaningful lives within their communities. Whether it’s accessing social groups, employment, or local activities, we help build the skills and confidence to thrive.
Behaviours of Concern
We specialise in supporting individuals with behaviours of concern. Our approach is therapeutic, respectful, and informed by best practice—focusing on understanding the ‘why’ behind behaviours and creating safer, more positive support systems.
At the heart of everything we do is a deep belief in the rights, autonomy, and potential of every person we support. We're passionate about creating services that don't just meet minimum standards—they transform lives.
We believe every individual deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in a way that reflects their goals, identity, and strengths. Our work is grounded in dignity, inclusion, and respect—because people aren’t problems to be managed, they’re stories to be supported.
We're driven by a commitment to ethical practice, meaningful relationships, and systemic change. Whether it’s helping someone move into their own home, reduce restrictive practices, or reconnect with their community, our passion lies in walking alongside people as they build the lives they want.
With leadership grounded in frontline experience and executive oversight, we bring both clinical insight and operational strength to every service we deliver. Our team is equipped to manage high-complexity cases, drive quality improvement, and support participants across diverse needs and settings.
We have proven capability in scaling services while maintaining quality—implementing robust systems for compliance, reporting, staff training, and risk management. Our processes are informed by lived experience, guided by best practice, and built to meet the rigorous demands of the NDIS Practice Standards.
From navigating behaviour support plans and restrictive practice reporting to delivering 24/7 supports in SIL homes, we’re ready. Our infrastructure, governance, and values-based leadership give us the capacity to provide high-quality services that are responsive, ethical, and sustainable.

“Grace speaks very highly of her support worker Sam and is really enjoying her supports with Sirv, due to the great match the managing partner, Samantha Lovett, has provided. Grace said she thinks that the supports are going well because Samantha took the time to match her with a support worker that would work well with her. Please thank Sam for doing an amazing job and having a positive impact in our participant’s life!”
“Bron brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Managing Partner with Sirv. Her passion to assist NDIS participants to live a full and meaningful life is clearly demonstrated by her dedication and quick-to-solutions attitude. Aided by her years of experience, Bron demonstrates person-centered practices and a holistic approach to NDIS supports and services. As a local Support Coordinator, I have the upmost confidence in referring the people I support to providers like Sirv.”
“Sirv is the best service provider I have encountered. Others tried but gave up. Many thanks to your team of workers for making a big difference!”
“The people at Sirv are a dedicated group of entrepreneurial leaders. The culture is innovative and collaborative and encourages everyone to advance both professionally and personally. Sirv has built a team of leaders, marketers, and business builders where agility and communication are highly regarded. There is a healthy dose within the team of both optimism and excitement for the opportunity to be part of building a new NDIS model with partners that are passionate about creating the best possible service for participants and their careers.”
“I wanted to provide some positive feedback on the Sirv support staff at the residence at Towradgi (…). All of the staff are friendly and professional whenever I attend the house.”
“Matt (Sirv staff) engages with Trev (participant) in a friendly and kind manner and has taken the time to get to know Trevor's interests. He connects with him on his level, never condescending or frustrated by communication challenges. Matt went above and beyond by customising Trev’s iPad communication app, a task typically handled by a speech therapist, to help him connect more easily with house staff.”
“Yasmyn's communications with Trev along with her openness and kindness make her an excellent support for Trevor. Her genuine concern for Trev after he received the news from myself that his only sibling (his brother) had passed away overseas was reassuring for me to see. She knows Trevor well and treats him with dignity and respect.”
