WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a Disability Support Specialist, you’ll:
Empower participants to achieve their goals
Assist with personal care, daily routines, and social/community access
Promote independence, inclusion, and positive wellbeing
Collaborate with families, allied health, and our fun and supportive team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
✔️ Cert III in Individual Support (or 1+ years of paid experience)
✔️ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔️ First Aid & CPR
✔️ Driver’s licence, reliable transport & comprehensive car insurance
✔️ Valid working rights in Australia
