Team Leader – Disability Support Services (NDIS)

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Team Leader to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, step in on the ground when needed, and bring energy, empathy and guidance to our teams and participants.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing on-the-ground leadership and support to staff across Ipswich, Scenic Rim and the Redlands regions
- Conducting face-to-face visits with participants and team members to foster engagement, monitor service quality, and build relationships
- Managing team rostering and participating in on-call rotations
- Supporting the delivery of person-centred services in line with NDIS principles and participants' goals
- Acting as a mentor, role model and problem-solver for the team
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure best practice and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the NDIS or disability services sector
- A hands-on attitude; comfortable stepping into frontline support when needed
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and quality standards
- Excellent communication, time management and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable with travel between sites and commuting across Ipswich, Scenic Rim and Redlands
- Willingness to participate in an on-call roster and assist with staff rostering as needed
- Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, and relevant qualifications

The role:
- Permanent Part-Time
- Tuesday to Friday 10:00 am to 3:00pm (20 hours weekly)
- On-site at Cleveland or Ipswich, with client site visits across the region, including the Scenic Rim.
