Our Mobile App and Staff Portal will allow you to manage your own staff profile and let you update your qualifications, shifts, timesheets, and payslips at your convenience.

What is the opportunity?

As a Disability and Psychosocial superstar, you will make a positive impact in the lives of our clients with your compassionate and supportive approach by:

• Have experience working as a disability support worker looking to change roles to a more down-to-earth, forward thinking, and inclusive provider with a good culture?

• Someone with experience in supporting a family member or friend with a disability or mental health diagnosis.

• Caring and compassionate with a heart for Advocating for vulnerable people and letting their voices be HEARD

• Preference given to some who can speak/understand Arabic

What we require from you:

  • Availability to work across multiple shifts including weekdays and weekdays, Set rosters will be available for the right candidates to help maintain a good work/life balance
  • High preference for Arabic speaking staff
  • • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • • Working With Children
  • • Minimum Certificate 3 or Paid Experience
  • • Updated Police Check
  • • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • • Driver's license, reliable transport, and Comprehensive Insurance
  • • Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
  • • Manual Handling and Hoist Training would be desirable.
