Our Mobile App and Staff Portal will allow you to manage your own staff profile and let you update your qualifications, shifts, timesheets, and payslips at your convenience.

What is the opportunity?

As a Youth superstar, you will make a positive impact in the lives of children with your compassionate and supportive approach by:

  • Supporting children in out of home care and emergency/crisis accommodation to access medical and allied health care/appointments, building social, community and cultural connections, assisting with education and developing skills of daily living
  • Respond to the young person’s emotional and functional needs
  • Reporting directly to the house manager you will Work within a team to provide trauma informed & therapeutic care to young people who present complex needs due Complex trauma/Abuse and living with a disability
  • Foster a safe, inclusive home environment while supporting young people to achieve their goals and have their voices heard!.
  • Complete relevant documentation in a timely matter
  • Complete household tasks including General cleaning, meal preparation, Grocery shopping and creating person centered routines for the young person etc
  • And most importantly HAVE FUN.

What we require from you:

  • Availability to work across multiple shifts including weekdays and weekdays, Set rosters will be available for the right candidates to help maintain a good work/life balance.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children
  • Minimum Certificate 3 or Paid Experience
  • Updated Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Driver's license, reliable transport, and Comprehensive Insurance
  • Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
  • Manual Handling and Hoist Training would be desirable.
