We pride ourselves on a multifaceted approach to disability services, combining diverse expertise to create a holistic and participant-centric experience. This approach is engrained in our DNA empowering our participants and their families while driving best practices and fostering positive outcomes. Our team excels in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Housing (SDA) and 24/7 in-home supports, seamlessly blending innovation with a strong foundation to offer tailored support for individuals with high care needs. With a keen focus on complex medical needs, we provide fully accessible, robust, and high physical support. Recognizing the importance of familiar surroundings, we also bring the expertise in providing in-home care, through NDIS Individual Living Options (ILO). We design programs that empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives while paving the way for long-term well-being and independence either in their own home or in one of our fully equipped homes across the Greater Melbourne region.
Our team is built by hands-on experience, commitment, and adaptability beyond conventional care, to areas such as Medication Support, Skills Building and Positive Behavioural Support. We believe in opening doors to all possibilities, guided by a strength-based approach and respect for individuality, choice, and control.
We have consistently demonstrated a commitment to person-centred, participant-guided, and goal-oriented supports with individuals from diverse backgrounds. We deeply value building trusting relationships with individuals and their families, collaborating with them to develop individualised plans that enable them to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.
With a track record of successfully implementing complex support programs, efficient systems, and processes, developing partnerships, and driving positive outcomes for individuals and organizations, we have a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others. We are actively involved in the community and bring a collaborative spirit to our work, fostering a positive and supportive environment for participants, care teams and staff.
Our mission is to transform disability services through a person-centric, participant guided and trauma-informed approach. We specialize in tailored, evidence-based 24/7 services that address individual needs, fostering collaborations with participants, care teams, government bodies, and third-party associations to achieve the best outcomes for all our participants. Our workplace framework ensures superior participant outcomes by aligning staff motivation and training to best practice support care.
We transcend traditional care by investing time to understand each participant's goals. Our thorough matching process ensures compatibility between workers, participants, and location, ensuring a positive impact on the lives of those in the community who need it the most. In SIL services, we focus on delivering specialized, bespoke complex supports, from high-intensity, high physical needs to psychosocial disabilities. We are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve so they can have a great life.

“Grace speaks very highly of her support worker Sam and is really enjoying her supports with Sirv, due to the great match the managing partner, Samantha Lovett, has provided. Grace said she thinks that the supports are going well because Samantha took the time to match her with a support worker that would work well with her. Please thank Sam for doing an amazing job and having a positive impact in our participant’s life!”
“Bron brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Managing Partner with Sirv. Her passion to assist NDIS participants to live a full and meaningful life is clearly demonstrated by her dedication and quick-to-solutions attitude. Aided by her years of experience, Bron demonstrates person-centered practices and a holistic approach to NDIS supports and services. As a local Support Coordinator, I have the upmost confidence in referring the people I support to providers like Sirv.”
“Sirv is the best service provider I have encountered. Others tried but gave up. Many thanks to your team of workers for making a big difference!”
“I wanted to provide some positive feedback on the Sirv support staff at the residence at Towradgi (…). All of the staff are friendly and professional whenever I attend the house.”
“Matt (Sirv staff) engages with Trev (participant) in a friendly and kind manner and has taken the time to get to know Trevor's interests. He connects with him on his level, never condescending or frustrated by communication challenges. Matt went above and beyond by customising Trev’s iPad communication app, a task typically handled by a speech therapist, to help him connect more easily with house staff.”
“Yasmyn's communications with Trev along with her openness and kindness make her an excellent support for Trevor. Her genuine concern for Trev after he received the news from myself that his only sibling (his brother) had passed away overseas was reassuring for me to see. She knows Trevor well and treats him with dignity and respect.”
“Since working with Sal, our daughter has not only reduced her meltdowns but is now making eye contact and using words to express frustration. It’s changed our family dynamic.”
“The connection-first model gave me tools to build trust with my students. Our class culture has shifted dramatically.”
