Sirv Greater Melbourne is a local disability support team led by Romish Fahad, who brings over a decade in disability, community services and health care, plus a further eight years in project management, technology and genetic engineering. We support people with complex care needs, psychosocial disability and high physical support requirements across the Greater Melbourne region. With a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS framework and experience spanning support work, finance, service coordination, partnerships and operations, we bring a commitment to continuous improvement and better outcomes to everything we do.

Our team excels in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and 24/7 in-home support, blending innovation with a strong foundation to deliver tailored support for people with high care needs. With a keen focus on complex medical needs, we provide fully accessible, robust, high-physical-support care and, recognising the importance of familiar surroundings, we also deliver in-home care through NDIS Individual Living Options (ILO).

Yes. Sirv is a registered NDIS provider, which means we meet the NDIS Practice Standards and are independently audited for quality and safety. You can use our supports whether you're plan-managed, self-managed or NDIA-managed.
Our local team can support you with everyday things like personal care, help around the home and getting out into the community, right through to Supported Independent Living (SIL), 24/7 support and more complex or high-needs care. We build your supports around your goals, not a fixed menu.
For NDIS-funded supports you'll need an approved plan with funding in the relevant category. If you're not sure what your plan covers, or you're still waiting on one, reach out anyway — we can talk you through it, and we also offer privately funded support so you don't have to wait.
