Welcome! I’m Samantha Lovett, and I’m dedicated to empowering individuals to lead fulfilling, meaningful lives. With over 20 years of experience, I specialise in person-centred support, helping individuals access the quality supports and resources they need to live their best lives.
I believe that truly listening to individuals is the cornerstone of effective support. By understanding each person’s unique needs, goals, and aspirations, I ensure that the support I provide is tailored, compassionate, and impactful. My approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and a strong commitment to making a meaningful difference—ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive on their own terms.
My focus is on delivering high-quality, individualised support that enables people to identify and achieve their personal goals. By fostering trust and collaboration, I aim to create pathways for individuals to unlock their potential and achieve success in ways that are meaningful to them.
Let’s work together to create a brighter future—one where everyone has the opportunity to be heard, supported, and empowered to live their best lives
With over 20 years of experience, I have developed extensive expertise in delivering high-quality, person-centred services that empower individuals to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives. My background in service delivery includes managing diverse teams, coordinating complex support plans, and ensuring that individuals receive tailored support aligned with their personal goals.
A key focus of my work has been navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). I bring a deep understanding of NDIS processes, from support coordination and plan implementation to ensuring services are delivered effectively and consistently. I pride myself on building trusting relationships with individuals and their families, enabling them to access the resources and support they need to thrive.
Throughout my career, I’ve successfully delivered services that prioritize quality, compassion, and collaboration. I have experience in program development, resource planning, and overseeing day-to-day service operations to ensure optimal outcomes for individuals. My ability to adapt and respond to individual needs has been instrumental in creating pathways for growth and success.
Whether working directly with individuals, families, or service providers, my passion lies in fostering independence, empowerment, and opportunities for meaningful achievement.
I am driven by a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve their fullest potential. My work centres around providing the support, resources, and guidance necessary for people to lead lives that are not only fulfilling but meaningful.
What inspires me most is the opportunity to create personalized approaches that truly reflect each person’s vision for their future. I am motivated by the belief that everyone deserves the chance to live their best life and access the quality supports that enable them to thrive.
Whether working with individuals to develop strategies, overcoming challenges, or facilitating access to essential services, I am dedicated to ensuring every person has the support they need to succeed on their own terms.

“Grace speaks very highly of her support worker Sam and is really enjoying her supports with Sirv, due to the great match the managing partner, Samantha Lovett, has provided. Grace said she thinks that the supports are going well because Samantha took the time to match her with a support worker that would work well with her. Please thank Sam for doing an amazing job and having a positive impact in our participant’s life!”
“Bron brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Managing Partner with Sirv. Her passion to assist NDIS participants to live a full and meaningful life is clearly demonstrated by her dedication and quick-to-solutions attitude. Aided by her years of experience, Bron demonstrates person-centered practices and a holistic approach to NDIS supports and services. As a local Support Coordinator, I have the upmost confidence in referring the people I support to providers like Sirv.”
“Sirv is the best service provider I have encountered. Others tried but gave up. Many thanks to your team of workers for making a big difference!”
“I wanted to provide some positive feedback on the Sirv support staff at the residence at Towradgi (…). All of the staff are friendly and professional whenever I attend the house.”
“Matt (Sirv staff) engages with Trev (participant) in a friendly and kind manner and has taken the time to get to know Trevor's interests. He connects with him on his level, never condescending or frustrated by communication challenges. Matt went above and beyond by customising Trev’s iPad communication app, a task typically handled by a speech therapist, to help him connect more easily with house staff.”
“Yasmyn's communications with Trev along with her openness and kindness make her an excellent support for Trevor. Her genuine concern for Trev after he received the news from myself that his only sibling (his brother) had passed away overseas was reassuring for me to see. She knows Trevor well and treats him with dignity and respect.”
“Since working with Sal, our daughter has not only reduced her meltdowns but is now making eye contact and using words to express frustration. It’s changed our family dynamic.”
“The connection-first model gave me tools to build trust with my students. Our class culture has shifted dramatically.”
