About Us: SIRV is a NDIS-registered provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community access services across Brisbane northside, Southside and Redcliffe region. We're passionate about empowering our participants — and just as passionate about supporting our staff.

About the Role:  You'll provide hands-on support with daily living tasks, personal care, community access, and manual handling, working alongside a team that genuinely cares about the people we support and each other.

What You'll Need:

• ✅ Experience with manual handling (transfers, hoists, slings, and mobility equipment)
• ✅ Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher) — currently enrolled and studying will also be considered
• ✅ Positive Behaviour Support Plan (PBSP) experience, or willingness to learn
• ✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• ✅ Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• ✅ Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• ✅ Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others
