Meet SD Health Group

We are a growing allied health team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support across our community. Our practice brings together a collaborative group of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners, all working together to support individuals, families, and carers to reach their goals and live meaningful, independent lives.

Our team is led by 2 managing partners who share a strong vision for ethical, evidence-based practice and genuine client connection. With extensive experience across a range of settings in the medical & allied health space, we believe that the best outcomes are achieved when therapy is practical, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual. We value collaboration not only within our team, but also with families, support networks, and other service providers.

As our practice continues to grow, we remain committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive team culture and delivering services that are responsive and empowering. We are passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and building lasting relationships with the people we support. At the heart of everything we do is a simple goal: to make a positive, meaningful difference in the lives of those we work with.
