We offer exciting day programs, creative workshops, community outings and tailored out-of-school care - all designed to foster independence, spark creativity and build meaningful friendships for individuals with disabilities.

The SIRV Social Hub offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities and/or behaviours of concern, with programs available both in the morning and afternoon.

Through guided routines, engaging activities and personalised support, the Social Hub creates a safe space where participants can build confidence, enjoy new experiences, and feel part of a welcoming and caring community.

Our out of school care program offers more than supervision - it’s a supportive, enriching space where everyone can thrive. Our dedicated team provides a safe and welcoming environment filled with engaging activities, from arts and crafts to games and guided support. Whether it’s time to unwind, catch up on homework, or explore new interests, participants are encouraged to grow and feel valued.

Our DOOSHCA program nurtures creativity, builds confidence and fosters social connections in a fun and structured setting. With a focus on empowerment and wellbeing, we’re here to support families and help participants shine.

SLES School Leaver Employment Support

Gain independence and meaningful long-term employment pathways.

SLES (School Leaver Employment Support) helps young people with disability transition from school to employment. It’s an NDIS-funded program designed for those aged 16+ who need time and support before entering the workforce.

SLES builds confidence, life skills and workplace readiness through tailored, hands-on learning.

Supports include job coaching, vocational skills, open employment experiences and travel training.
