Sirv Wollongong is a local disability support team led by Rebecca Finch, who brings over 14 years’ experience and a background as a qualified paramedic to person-centred NDIS support across the Illawarra and South Coast. Our expertise in trauma-informed care, mental health and advocacy is driven by a genuine commitment to making a positive difference.
Rebecca’s four years as a paramedic serving diverse and vulnerable communities, including Indigenous and isolated areas across NSW gives our team a deep understanding of psychosocial disability and a strong instinct for care, compassion and empathy.
We’re focused on helping the people we support not just get by, but thrive. Whether it’s navigating the NDIS, coordinating complex care, or simply being a reliable, compassionate presence, we bring a well-rounded, empathetic skill set to every person we work with across Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, the South Coast and Canberra.

Yes. Sirv is a registered NDIS provider, which means we meet the NDIS Practice Standards and are independently audited for quality and safety. You can use our supports whether you're plan-managed, self-managed or NDIA-managed.
Our local team can support you with everyday things like personal care, help around the home and getting out into the community, right through to Supported Independent Living (SIL), 24/7 support and more complex or high-needs care. We build your supports around your goals, not a fixed menu.
For NDIS-funded supports you'll need an approved plan with funding in the relevant category. If you're not sure what your plan covers, or you're still waiting on one, reach out anyway — we can talk you through it, and we also offer privately funded support so you don't have to wait.
We take the time to understand your needs, routines and preferences, then match you with a support worker who genuinely fits. Because your partner is local, that match is made by someone who knows the workers and knows your community.
