Hi, I'm Cheryl, a dedicated advocate for personalized and person-cantered care within the disability sector. With a Bachelor of Nursing degree and over six years of experience working closely with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), I am passionate about delivering high-quality, tailored support services to individuals with disabilities in Perth, Western Australia.
My journey in the disability sector began in 2018, and since then, I've been driven by a profound commitment to ensuring that every person receives the specialized care they deserve. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the diverse needs and aspirations of those I serve. I believe in empowering individuals to live life on their own terms, fostering independence, and nurturing a sense of belonging within their communities.
