Hello, I’m Emma King, Managing Partner for Sirv Townsville, dedicated to supporting individuals across North Queensland to live empowered, independent, and meaningful lives through quality NDIS services. With more than a decade of experience in the disability and community sectors, I’ve worked in a variety of frontline, operational and senior leadership roles. My background has given me an in-depth understanding of person-centred services, a strong sense of empathy and the importance of building trusted relationships with participants, families and the wider community.
At Sirv Townsville, we are driven by the belief that quality care begins with trust, reliability, and genuine connection. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, consistent, and compassionate supports that empower individuals to live confidently, independently, and with purpose - whether at home, in the community, or through our supported living options. I’m passionate about creating a service where every participant feels seen, heard, and supported to live life on their own terms - a service built on North Queensland values of resilience, respect, and care that goes beyond the basics.

We are skilled in coordinating and delivering supports for participants with complex physical and psychosocial needs, providing structure, flexibility, and continuity of care across both home and community environments.
