Your Sirv partner is local. Your care is planned, delivered and managed by people in your community, backed by a national team for quality, compliance and support.
“We're changing the way disability support services are delivered and managed across Melbourne and VIC….
Sirv Melbourne is a local disability support team led by Managing Partner Henry El Cheikh, specialising in high-care, 24/7 support for people living with disability. Our purpose is to lead by example and deliver the best possible care, particularly for people with high and complex support needs.
Henry’s path into the industry came through personal experience: more than 30 years providing round-the-clock care to family members, which taught our team firsthand what genuinely effective support takes. From 2017 to 2022 he worked in the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) space, including the demanding ‘robust’ high-care market, and spent over five years as General Manager of his own NDIS-registered SDA start-up delivering innovative homes and building relationships with reputable national providers and allied health professionals.
We bring all of that experience together to advocate for the people we support and make sure care is structured, organised and managed to deliver safe, holistic, inclusive and informed outcomes across Melbourne CBD, Geelong, Dandenong, Frankston and surrounding regional areas.
As a service focused on participants’ daily living needs under the NDIS, we bring a thorough understanding of and natural empathy for the realities people with disability face day to day. With over six years in the industry and a strong network across NDIS and allied health providers, we give participants genuine choice and control to select the best services in their community. Our expertise spans disability accommodation, SIL services, NDIS plan review preparation, preparing people to access the NDIS, support coordination, auditing and compliance.
We’re passionate about applying our expertise to genuinely improve people’s lives not only participants, but their families and circle of support while creating a safe working environment for our staff. Being part of the Sirv community lets us make an impact at a larger scale, building a team of client-centred support that helps people achieve their goals.
"Grace speaks very highly of her support worker Sam and is really enjoying her supports with Sirv, due to the great match the managing partner, Samantha Lovett, has provided. Grace said she thinks that the supports are going well because Samantha took the time to match her with a support worker that would work well with her. Please thank Sam for doing an amazing job and having a positive impact in our participant's life!"
"Bron brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Managing Partner with Sirv. Her passion to assist NDIS participants to live a full and meaningful life is clearly demonstrated by her dedication and quick-to-solutions attitude. Aided by her years of experience, Bron demonstrates person-centered practices and a holistic approach to NDIS supports and services. As a local Support Coordinator, I have the upmost confidence in referring the people I support to providers like Sirv."
"Sirv is the best service provider I have encountered. Others tried but gave up. Many thanks to your team of workers for making a big difference!"
"I wanted to provide some positive feedback on the Sirv support staff at the residence at Towradgi (…). All of the staff are friendly and professional whenever I attend the house"
"Matt (Sirv staff) engages with Trev (participant) in a friendly and kind manner and has taken the time to get to know Trevor's interests. He connects with him on his level, never condescending or frustrated by communication challenges. Matt went above and beyond by customising Trev's iPad communication app, a task typically handled by a speech therapist, to help him connect more easily with house staff."
"Yasmyn's communications with Trev along with her openness and kindness make her an excellent support for Trevor. Her genuine concern for Trev after he received the news from myself that his only sibling (his brother) had passed away overseas was reassuring for me to see. She knows Trevor well and treats him with dignity and respect."
"Since working with Sal, our daughter has not only reduced her meltdowns but is now making eye contact and using words to express frustration. It's changed our family dynamic."
"The connection-first model gave me tools to build trust with my students. Our class culture has shifted dramatically."
"Bettina is fantastic – thank you so much... Hunter honestly had the best day yesterday, I feel like crying as it's been very challenging in finding the right fit for him!"
We provide SIL (High care supports) in these areas and apply specialised, tailored, client centric and always dependable support to our people. Our team is focused on achieving and kicking goals together to ensure the lives of our people and their important people are positively impacted, benefiting the whole community, and leading the industry into a new standard of care.

Yes. Sirv is a registered NDIS provider, which means we meet the NDIS Practice Standards and are independently audited for quality and safety. You can use our supports whether you're plan-managed, self-managed or NDIA-managed.
Our local team can support you with everyday things like personal care, help around the home and getting out into the community, right through to Supported Independent Living (SIL), 24/7 support and more complex or high-needs care. We build your supports around your goals, not a fixed menu.
For NDIS-funded supports you'll need an approved plan with funding in the relevant category. If you're not sure what your plan covers, or you're still waiting on one, reach out anyway — we can talk you through it, and we also offer privately funded support so you don't have to wait.
We take the time to understand your needs, routines and preferences, then match you with a support worker who genuinely fits. Because your partner is local, that match is made by someone who knows the workers and knows your community.
Absolutely. Your comfort matters most. If a match isn't quite right, just let your local team know and we'll arrange an alternative.
Supports are delivered locally by your Managing Partner's team, and coverage is location-specific. The quickest way to check is to reach out to your local Sirv team.
It depends on your supports and funding, but we move quickly. Get in touch and we'll give you realistic timeframes for your situation — and privately funded support can often start sooner.
Contact your local Sirv team or complete a referral form. We'll have a chat about what you need, answer your questions and put a plan in place — no obligation.
With Sirv, a local Partner owns your support and matches you with specialists who fit your goals, not a one-size roster. You get boutique, personalised disability support, backed by large-provider systems, compliance, and quality.
Join a Partner-led team where you are valued, supported, and set up to deliver great care.
