Hi, I'm Jen. I've spent much of my career working in home care and what matters to me most is making sure older people can access the care and support they need, while continuing to live in the place they call home. I believe home is much more than where we live. Its where our routines, memories, relationships and independence are. Having the right support around you can make a difference to how you feel about life and your ability to keep doing the things that matter.
My experience in regional communities has shown me how important it is to have care that is reliable, accessible and personal. For me, good care starts with listening and understanding what matters to each person. I want the older person and their families to feel confident they have someone in their corner who genuinely cares and will deliver on the support promised.
My expertise is in home care, service delivery and supporting older people to remain living well in their own homes. I bring extensive experience across aged care in regional communities and a strong understanding of the challenges that can come with accessing and coordinating care outside of metropolitan areas. I have a deep understanding of the aged care system, care planning, clients needs, service coordination, workforce and service delivery and the importance of bringing all of them together to create a positive client experience.
At the heart of what i do is making sure older people are cared for, listened to and treated with dignity and respect. I love getting to know people, understanding what is important to them and finding practical ways to support them to remain connected to their home, family and community.
Im passionate about creating a great experience for families and building a team who genuinely care about the people they support. For me, its about doing what we say we will do. When we make a commitment to a client, you can trust that we will follow it through.

Yes. Sirv is a registered NDIS provider, which means we meet the NDIS Practice Standards and are independently audited for quality and safety. You can use our supports whether you're plan-managed, self-managed or NDIA-managed.
Our local team can support you with everyday things like personal care, help around the home and getting out into the community, right through to Supported Independent Living (SIL), 24/7 support and more complex or high-needs care. We build your supports around your goals, not a fixed menu.
For NDIS-funded supports you'll need an approved plan with funding in the relevant category. If you're not sure what your plan covers, or you're still waiting on one, reach out anyway — we can talk you through it, and we also offer privately funded support so you don't have to wait.
