Sirv Cairns is a local Aged & Disability Service led by Nathan Williamson, a Clinician who draws on more than 30 years of experience in clinical care, care management and leadership roles providing thoughtful, reliable support that empowers people to live independently at home with dignity. I understand that providing quality support to older people, and people with disabilities is a team effort. Each team member has an important role in promoting a person’s wellbeing, safety, dignity, and independence.
I bring a deep understanding of quality care to lead the team delivering tailored care that puts your needs first so you can live life your way. I understand the importance of responsive, high-quality care, especially in regional and culturally diverse areas. That's why I take the time to truly get to know you, involve you in decision-making and adapt our services as your needs change. I value clear communication, respect for each person's care plan and choices, and working collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues to provide consistent, person-centred support. We understand the complexity of negotiating the Aged Care System and offer a compassionate understanding to all applicant's needs.

Yes. Sirv is a registered NDIS provider, which means we meet the NDIS Practice Standards and are independently audited for quality and safety. You can use our supports whether you're plan-managed, self-managed or NDIA-managed.
Our local team can support you with everyday things like personal care, help around the home and getting out into the community, right through to Supported Independent Living (SIL), 24/7 support and more complex or high-needs care. We build your supports around your goals, not a fixed menu.
For NDIS-funded supports you'll need an approved plan with funding in the relevant category. If you're not sure what your plan covers, or you're still waiting on one, reach out anyway — we can talk you through it, and we also offer privately funded support so you don't have to wait.
We take the time to understand your needs, routines and preferences, then match you with a support worker who genuinely fits. Because your partner is local, that match is made by someone who knows the workers and knows your community.
