Sirv South East Queensland is a local disability support team led by Rebecca Brown, who holds a Diploma of Community Services and a Diploma of Child, Youth and Family Intervention and brings over six years in the disability sector. We deliver high-quality, tailored NDIS support across South East Queensland from Beaudesert and Logan through to the Gold Coast.
Our approach is rooted in compassion, empathy and respect, with a real understanding of the diverse and complex needs of the people we support. We’re driven to empower each person to lead the life they envision promoting independence and fostering a genuine sense of belonging in their community.

Yes. Sirv is a registered NDIS provider, which means we meet the NDIS Practice Standards and are independently audited for quality and safety. You can use our supports whether you're plan-managed, self-managed or NDIA-managed.
Our local team can support you with everyday things like personal care, help around the home and getting out into the community, right through to Supported Independent Living (SIL), 24/7 support and more complex or high-needs care. We build your supports around your goals, not a fixed menu.
For NDIS-funded supports you'll need an approved plan with funding in the relevant category. If you're not sure what your plan covers, or you're still waiting on one, reach out anyway — we can talk you through it, and we also offer privately funded support so you don't have to wait.
We take the time to understand your needs, routines and preferences, then match you with a support worker who genuinely fits. Because your partner is local, that match is made by someone who knows the workers and knows your community.
