Hi, I’m Damian and I am bringing over 30 years’ experience within the Disability and Community Services field to partner with you on your journey.
I have a strong understanding of how the NDIS works and the challenges that you can face with this not only as a person living with disability but navigating a complex and challenging pathway.
My experience in the disability space as been supporting clients that have spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, traumatic brain injury, intellectual disability and physical disability.
My passion is to ensure you receive person centred supports, and it is important to me that you receive theses supports at a time that meets your needs, not mine, whether it is a personal care shift, shopping and meal preparation or 24/7 support including SIL.
We specialise in supporting individuals with diverse disabilities through flexible, person-centred services. We work collaboratively with participants, families, and support coordinators to deliver supports that are aligned with NDIS plans and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes. Our services are currently available across metropolitan Adelaide, where we deliver reliable, person-centred support to our participants. We are also in the process of expanding into Mount Gambier, with plans underway to recruit and train a dedicated local team. This growth will allow us to provide the same high standard of care to participants in regional communities.
